Google, fresh from its $90 million settlement, is being sued for click fraud in another class action lawsuit, this one filed in Pennsylvania federal district court, Google Watch has learned.

Google has begun notifying its AdWords advertising clients about the recent $90 million settlement of a click fraud lawsuit, signaling the start of the month-long period in which advertisers can seek to claim a piece of the money.

Google is encouraging users to promote products and services listed on Google Base through its AdWords program.

Just recently in the later part of 2005, a bright young man who’s identity still remains a mystery to most, decided to wake up America and the rest of the world to what had made him a multi-millionaire! What began as only a dream to him soon quickly became a reality as he would quickly evolve on the Internet as the new buzz word and talk on just about every marketing forum. From the smallest search engines all the way to the biggest as in Google, awed whispers were beginning to be spoken of who this mystery man was and how he had made so much money literally overnight by way of using Google AdWords, AdSense, and even eBay to create his fortune.

Google announced via email today that they are expanding the companies which can qualify for the Google Adwords Professionals program. Until now Google has only allowed US companies to qualify for GAWS Professional Accreditation, now Google is expanding the service into Europe and Africa, but bypassing some of their most powerful AdWords serving countries. Google made its biggest acquisition to date on Tuesday as it branched out into radio advertising with a deal that could cost it as much as $1.24bn.

ClickZ and Search Engine Watch are reporting that Google Local is testing AdWords ads in their search results and those ads are being differentiated from the normal local search results via little blue balloons and a blue background. These tests may be regionally biased as niether Danny (who may be in England right now) nor Gary (who’s outside of DC) can see the blue balloons (which Danny calls pins).

Who knew you could fill in that "great digital divide" and make money at the same time? Well, red light webmasters aside (that's a different divide altogether), Google's philosophical explanation provided to San Francisco's Request For Information expresses the desire to lessen the class struggles of humanity through free wireless access for all.
